Walked in during busy hours and thankfully our wait was very short! Very dimly lit restaurant with a lot of history on the walls! I unfortunately did not take any pictures of our food but believe me, 3 different meals and 2 appetizers, were exceptionally delicious and more than enough in size! The employees were very welcoming and attentive to our orders. We will definitely be visiting again when we are back in the area.

Food and service were both delicious! I can't wait to go back to try other dishes. We sat at bar and service was very attentive. I will definitely be going back!

Amazing food!! We ordered takeout and had originally gotten our wrong order unfortunately, but the staff went out of their way to deliver our food to us and that spoke volumes on the service! The pasta was amazing and the ingredients tasted fresh! The bread was soft and fantastic and I especially enjoyed the meatballs too! Definitely recommend to others!

Cozy and cute Italian spot in the corner at DTF. Plenty of parking in the lot and streets. We came on a Tuesday for dinner right when they opened and most tables were already taken. We had no idea it would be so busy but glad we were seated immediately. Kid friendly - there's a kid's menu, coloring books and crayons (thank you to the kind staff for bringing us a second set since my toddler chucked his crayons on the floor and they were nowhere to be found) There's a special everyday and Tuesday was buy one entree, get one half off!! Such a good deal. The portions are huge so I felt like we got 4 meals total.

We were in the mood for Italian food and decided to give Roman Cucina a try. I wasn't aware they had certain specials depending on the day of the week and we hit the jackpot by showing up on Thursday night for $6 martini night! The restaurant has a great vibe inside. It not dark but dim in a good way with great decor and I love the lights overhead. It was very busy but not overly loud. We started with the pepperoni garlic bread which was good and came with a large serving of marinara sauce. The first round of martinis were the Italian Ice (basically a lemon drop) and the watermelon martini which wasn't too sweet at all and looked cool with the midori on the bottom. Entrees come with a dinner salad which was nice and light. I had one of the nightly specials which was a seafood tortellini with lobster, shrimp, and scallop. It was excellent and each tortellini tasted a little different depending on what was in inside. At least a few pieces had a nice big chunk of lobster. The cheese lasagna was a big serving, was very good, and there was plenty left over to take home. The last round of martinis were the Bada Bing and Banana Split. The banana split martini literally tasted like a liquid banana split with a hint of vodka, what a great way to finish a meal. Our server Julian was great and was assisted by a few other friendly helpers. We will definitely be back, most likely on a Thursday again for $6 martini night!

My husband took me to this Italian restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The place looked clean, and the atmosphere was vibrant and lively, making it a great spot for a meal. Our server was very nice and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food was good, and my drink-the key lime martini - was amazing! Overall, it was a good experience.

I've been here once before, and to say they are busy, is an understatement. There is almost always a 30-40 min wait.Is the wait worth it? absolutely!! I called in a last minute reservation and was put on a waitlist, I was told 30-40 mins. When we showed up we waited at most 10-15 then our party was seated. We were given our menus and now the fun part.. what to order? Calamari- yes! Sautéd Mushrooms-yes! Pepperoni Garlic bread-pass Bruschetta-hard pass Our food was delicious! All of it! I even enjoyed the salad that came with our meal. The drinks were delicious I sipped and a peach martini which was very refreshing. The restaurant is louder than most but I like to think it's because everyone is enjoying themselves. Had such a great time celebrating a birthday and need to make it a habit to come here a bit more.

When we arrived, as a party of 10, I was surprised to be seated within 15 min at 5pm. Wow... Then Dylan, our server, greeted us and took our drink orders. (Can this be? Within 20 min upon arriving, our drinks were on the way.) The restaurant is Beautiful. Service is on Point. Kudos to the Owners/Management. My family was impressed. We all ordered a few minutes later to include appetizers. Everything tasted fresh and HOT! Party of 10 is always a challenge to serve this kind of service. Dylan and the Team rocked it out! We will be back and have to tell my OC friends. Yes, my first time here and may be back tomorrow! This Industry is very competitive and this Restaurant does it right!

My bf and I frequently walk past this restaurant in DTF and typically it's always packed around dinner time. Today we went in a little earlier around 5pm and were able to grab a table immediately. Note- this place is pretty dimly lit so your eyes will take a minute to adjust especially if it's really bright outside! I love the candle lit vibe and chandelier lighting adorning the building, it provides a comforting and romantic atmosphere. Service was great! Upon finishing our water and plates, they weren't on our table for longer than 2-3 minutes. They're very fast at delivering the food to the table after ordering as well. Kudos to the kitchen and bussers! Bread was warm and crunchy and very flakey! One bite and there was bread flakes everywhere. Butter was firm but gave good flavor taken with the bread- it just doesn't spread well. We ordered the pasta gianni paired with a side of the soup, the Italian wedding soup, both were delicious!! The soup honestly tasted like the instant lunch ramen noodle but fancier. It had meatballs and tiny noodle chunks the size of mini boba balls (which were my favorite). The main though...the pasta gianni... was the STAR GURL. Get her!! It has a low spice level and a must-try if you ever come here. Overall, highly recommend! Get the pasta gianni and the Italian wedding soup.
